We asked you to come up with an Original layout and we were impressed by all of the fabulous pages we recieved. We loved Heather's clean lines & how she mimicked the wave inspired by the patterned paper.

Best Use of a Technique

Boyz Rule by Elizabeth Davies

You have to see these letters up close to realize how much work Liz put into them. What started off as plain raw chipboard ended up looking like chipboard that'd been through a tornado. We loved them.

Best Single Photo Layout

Happiest Place on Earth by Lisa Slocombe

The picture is great, and that really helps... but it's the cute elements Lisa added that make this layout so great. We loved the top-right corner where Lisa used the Heidi Swapp tabs & a little jewel... the details really make the layout.

Best Multiple Photo Layout

Fall 2007 by Rhonda Sapsford

Talk about efficient scrapbooking! We loved this layout! And the pictures worked perfectly with the fall papers & embellishments (buttons!). We especially loved the small inset family photo (top left page) put into a matching frame.

Best use of Colour

I Love Everyday with You by Jessica Gabriel

Who would have thought that the peson who won "Best use of Colour" would have done so with their photos? But we couldn't resist the beautiful red tones of this layout. Jessica let the colors speak for themselves and used accents in her layout to complement them (brads, arrow, etc.).

Best Overall Layout

Tall by Tara Kitchen

It's the fabulous picture, the beautiful paper and the simplicity of the design that won this contest. We loved it all, from the stitching (bottom right) to the lovely quote.

We're not talking about pictures of your children ladies...
We're talking about the one member of your family who is
scrapbooked about as much as you are....

We want to see cute couples, read mushy love stories (in your journaling!) and see some romantic pages. This is a great opportunity to do those wedding and anniversary layouts.
